# Platform Support (AI-Assisted)

Hi — I'm FamilyFunds Assistant. You can chat from anywhere in Portfolio Hub. Ask finance or investing questions (stocks, ETFs, dividends, allocation ideas) — I use your holdings when relevant, like Analytics AI chat. Ask how to use the platform, attach notes or a spreadsheet with +, or tell me a trade (for example: “I purchased 5 MCD stocks in CORP account for 1$”). Paste a filled order or an activity slip (Buy/Sell, Quantity, Price, Settlement Date) to record it — or ask whether that ticket is already in the account on screen. Files stay in your space only and are deleted after 30 minutes or when you close this chat. FamilyFunds is not a bank — recorded trades are your books / scenarios. Ideas are not personalised financial advice. Drag the robot to move it. Drag the chat header to reposition; double-click or press-and-hold the header (or robot) to maximize.
